Arbitration

Arbitration is a confidential process

Arbitration enjoys privacy as it does not take place through formal, public procedures before traditional courts, in which anyone can see its course. Rather, it is an exclusive procedure between the two parties to the dispute, and its course or any details about it shall not be announced.

Confidentiality in resolving disputes in sensitive issues between companies is a top priority for us in the arbitration. Sensitive financial information and data related to the nature of work are never publicly disclosed, in addition, the arbitration center is keen to avoid negative publicity and defamation of the parties. This naturally guarantees the parties to continue their good relations with each other even after the settlement of disputes.
