1- Writing all appeals, appeals and shortcomings in all types of lawsuits and before all courts of the United Arab Emirates
2- Answering clients’ legal questions
3- Providing legal advice to clients, whether written or oral
4- Reviewing contracts and legal documents for companies
5- Establishing companies, dissolving them, liquidating them, and writing appendices to the companies’ incorporation contracts
6- Filing all lawsuits and other legal procedures related to the follow-up of lawsuits
7- Providing advice on all issues related to companies, civil lawsuits, personal status lawsuits, labor lawsuits, penal lawsuits, administrative lawsuits, and rental lawsuits.
8- Supervising the work of legal assistants and lawyers in the legal department
